Yes. Every officer we deploy holds a valid, in-date SIA licence, and we verify it before they are assigned to any job. If you need to see licence details for your own records, just ask.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, and regularly cover Staffordshire, Cheshire and the wider Midlands. If you are outside that area, contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

How quickly can you provide cover?

For most jobs we can arrange licensed cover the same week, and often the same day for short-notice door supervision. The sooner you call, the more officers we can guarantee.

Do you cover one-off events as well as ongoing contracts?

Both. We work on regular weekly door supervision contracts and on one-off events — festivals, concerts, private functions and community events.

How much does security cost?

It depends on the number of officers, the hours and the risk profile of the site. We quote clearly and for free, with no obligation — tell us what you need and we will price it.

Do you provide incident reports?

Yes. You get clear written reporting on anything that happens on shift, which is useful evidence for licensing reviews and insurance.
